I am doing a translation for a labor union. What would it be the best translation for the word "chapter" ... Es una Union con varias chapters. Dejo "chapter", "region", "Titulo"? (esta ulta no es realmente descriptiva) Thank you for your help!

For this I would use sucursal.

I am not familiar with the word "chapter" used in this context. The Union I belong to has "Locals." There may be someone else on this site, that may know this, but you might get a quicker answer by asking a Spanish speaker that belongs to your "chapter."
A chapter in a book is called a "capítulo" but I doubt that that word would fit your situation.
