The translator does a bad job on this one. It is the name of a song, whose lyrics can be found in Spanish and English.

Please add your level of English and Spanish to your profile. loco is used in English in a slang way so most people could guess it.

Your full phrase as Daniela says is well used. I often use Word reference which is two bilingual dictionaries a link to a Monolingual dictionary and discussion threads.

If English is not your first language word reference has other languages.

Most countries have a variety of words or phrases for someone or something that is 'loco' The difficulty can be working out how informal a phrase is and where it is used.

The phrase I like in the UK is 'mad as a box of frogs' but it won't be understood in all countries and is informal.
