Lo quiero vs quiero esto
Hello!
Could you possibly tell me what is the difference between those sentences? 1. Lo quiero 2.Quiero esto Once I was taught that there are interchangeable, but the second sound kinda weird for me.
Thanks!

Lo quiero .... I want it
Quiero esto .... I want this
Quiero esto, is more especific. You want that particular thing. Lo quiero, could be an object, or a person.
Quiero este juguete: I want this toy. Puedo comprar este libro? Realmente lo quiero. "Can I buy this book, I Really want it".
How about ---------- esto lo quiero
This is the one I (really) want
