"Avísenme si se mudan"
Mudar is used for people changing residence and mover is for moving something, although you could say something like: "¡Muévate!" commanding that someone hurry or even change their position.
Some verbs like let allow more ways for a phrase to be stated in Spanish.
- let me know can adopt two translations: avísenme or háganlo saber. The latter uses the infinitive, which is another way to phrase it.
- Depending on the verb followed by let, the subjunctive mood is also invoked (often with a clause):
let him have it (= déjenlo que lo tenga.)
I would say: "Si se pasan de casa, me avisan" - if with "move", you're referring to change the place you live-
If you're referring to changing your body position or something like that, I would say "Si se mueven, me avisan"
