Depending on where you heard it, it might mean something like "You can take/carry money" ("Pelas puedes llevar").

Context, please. Translations require context.

Also, please use correct English on this site. (Start sentences with capital letters. That sort of thing.) It is a language learning site.

I get the "puedes "llevar" but what is "pelas" in this phrase? It's not money, I don't think. I know several meanings for "pelar" but none of them make sense here. - Daniela2041, Jul 18, 2016
I thought pela/ pelas was used in Spain as a slang term for money probably the same origin as skint - Mardle, Jul 18, 2016
From skinned meaning broke in UK - Mardle, Jul 18, 2016
The only slang for money I remember from Spain was "pasta." That's what Papi used to say. Maybe Astoxua can help out. - Daniela2041, Jul 18, 2016
From our dictionary: Pagué 80 pelas por el café. I paid 80 pesetas for the coffee. - bosquederoble, Jul 18, 2016
I found it. So it's slang for pesetas which aren't used anymore in Spain. So I learned something new today. Gracias. - Daniela2041, Jul 19, 2016
