How to use 'lo que."

I'm attempting to translate the song "casi nada" by Karol g, and in the chorus she says: No queda nada, no que da casi nada lo que yo fui contigo, se perdió en el olvido.
I'm confused why she is using "lo que" here, and how that translates into "I was with you." Why can she not just say "yo fui contigo" and leave out "lo que"? Does "lo que" have a translation in the sentence that would make sense? What is the reasoning behind this grammar?

It means "that which" or "what" I was with you.
