Estoy aquí ... I´m here.

Aquí me quedo ... I´ll stay / be here.

If you're trying to communicate your exact location, you can say "Estoy aquí" like, "Mira, estoy aquí enfrente del letrero" but if you're trying to communicate that you've arrived, you can just say "Ya estoy" or "Ya llegué".

I learned from making phone calls that you don't need the "aqui" with estar all the time. I would ask, "Está Ana allí?" and native speakers corrected me to simply say, Está Ana? or ¿Está Ana disponible?
