I would only use "cambiar" if the appointment were still pending, so in this case it makes more sense, ie: En cuanto a la cita médica que (ella) no pudo asistir, quisiera solicitar otra de nuevo.

Hello Ricanboy,

Great question smile

I would say/suggest:

Tengo que cambiar su cita (la cita de ella) con el médico que faltó.

Necesito cambiar la cita de ella con el médico que perdió

The natives will probably be able to improve on my answer (ie: be able to come up with something better/more natural.)

I hope this helps smile

If your level of Spanish is advanced, then you are more proficient than I, but my best attempt at your sentence would be "Necesito reprogramar la cita con el doctor que ella se perdió." You should probably wait for a native speaker or a more advanced learner, though.
