Not everyone qualifies

Not everyone qualifies

So I go door to door for solar energy company.

I got stuck trying to say "not everyone qualifies"

The closest I can come up with is "no todo califique" Or "no es la verdad que cada califique"

How would I say this?

No están calificados todos.

No son todos que tienen los requisitos. Or better yet. Hay poca gente que tiene los requisitios.

As a native Spanish speaker, I can say that the most natural way to say this is "No todos califican" or "No todos están calificados."

No son todos los que pueden llenar los requisitos.

If you are a good salesperson then you will not introduce a negative by saying

"Not everyone qualifies"

Better to say ,-Estoy seguro de que va a calificar . Firma aquí por favor.
