Welcome to the forum. Can you add your level of Spanish and English to your profile. If you are a native English speaker that would be fluent and Spanish I assume beginner.

If you want to go further, the country where you are based is helpful. For example ray who has answered you is from Oz and I am from the UK. We can both use slang which puzzles other members from the USA.

Turning to your question, it is about the use of adjectives esto/esta aquel/aquella estos/estas aquellos/aquellas.. If your learning has got this far the adjectives agree with the noun. Choose the one that matches the noun ie o if masculine, a if feminine and add an s if the noun is plural. You can always check whether the noun is masculine or feminine by using a dictionary. There is one on this site but I cannot add links easily with my tablet. Ray's link doesn't work so I do not know how useful it was.
