I would say " buenas noches, nos hablamos mañana" but i'm not a native speaker nor a fluent one

I agree with BenVP, but for me it sounds more natural to say this with the two clauses in opposite positions in the sentence, ie: Nos hablamos mañana ¿sale? Buenas noches.

"¿Sale?" is like "OK?" The usual response for saying you agree is "Sale vale". This is common in Mexico, but maybe not in other countries - 005faa61, Jul 4, 2016
