You have two answers. How about a comment and some votes. We will reciprocate. - Daniela2041, Jun 28, 2016

Use the suggestion from the site translator. DO NOT say "la troca".

One suggestion from the translator is "furgoneta" - a word that (like "truca") I've never heard. - jtaniel, Jun 28, 2016
I learned furgoneta for van long ago. No idea what region that matches. I learned camioneta for pickup truck, once again not knowing what the regional variation is. :) - bosquederoble, Jun 28, 2016

When I lived in Mexico I heard "camioneta" a lot. And that was anywhere from Mexicali clear over to the coast in Baja. When looking for an illustration on Photobucket, I learned that "camioneta" also included SUV's.

Looking further I found. "LA PICKUP" and here it is from Dodge Ram.
