Hi, Mommie.

This is not a translation service; it is a site for language learning. There are many translation services on the Web; just search. Or try Google Translate, which will give you a bad translation, but bad is better than nothing.

Use "quotation marks" in the title for words and phrases that need translating. This is from the guidelines. - rac1, Jun 17, 2016

Welcome to SpanishDict. As Ray has requested, please complete your profile. It's very important when learning Spanish.

I don't think she wants the phrase "death certificate" translated; the request was for translation from Spanish to English. - jtaniel, Jun 17, 2016
Well, in order to do that, she needs the Spanish first. - rac1, Jun 17, 2016
Yes, I guess she's hoping to email it to some nice volunteer... - jtaniel, Jun 18, 2016

If the translation is to be used for an official purpose, I believe it has to be done by an official certified translator with the relevant official stamps and in some cases has to be notarised.

Now that's true, but she hasn't said so as of yet. Thanks amiga. :) - rac1, Jun 18, 2016
In California, most court interpreters are "certified" but they charge a lot. If all she want to do is find out what it says, any bilingual person can do that. - Daniela2041, Jun 19, 2016
