Correct tense for a Flyer

Correct tense for a Flyer

Hi everyone,

I'm writing a flyer and I was wondering what kind of tense I would need to use, present indicative or present subjunctive?

For example, if I was inviting people to come to an event, would I say "por favor, vengas a la reunion", or "por favor, vienes"

Also, is there a way to say "statewide" in Spanish?

For formal use, "Venga (sing.) Vengan (pl)

Informal would be "ven" (sing.) vengan (pl.) or "venid" --pl. in Spain.

Statewide can be translated in different ways. It depends on context. "En todo el estado" is a catch-all phrase.

I agree with Daniela, the tense in this case needs to be imperative - not present or subjunctive. The person, formality or plurality is your choice.
