Is this correct way of writing?

Hola amigos,

I recently started learning Spanish in school and I am also doing some additional work from homel. I've a monologue to prepare for next week and I got questions regarding a few sentences I've made for the monologue (oral).

(it's regarding my study) 1. Me gusta IBS, porque me gusta encontrarme nueva personas de diferentes nacionalidades, pero espaniol es dificilísimo.

1. Me gusta mi amiga muchísimo. (is muchísimo used for these espressions or just keep it mucho?)

2. Vivo en (name) con mi padre y también en (name) con mi madre.(my parents are seperated)

That's it, anyone here who is able to help me?

I think that you meant to say "conocer" instead of "encontrar".
You wrote nueva, which is singular, but then you wrote personas in the plural. They have to agree in number.
You forgot the article before español, since it's a singular masculine noun it should be "el".
Me gusta IBC, porque me gusta conocer nuevas personas de diferentes nacionalidades, pero el español es dificilísimo.

As Ramonaspiker says, adjectives usually go after nouns. But Spanish is flexible regarding word order and in this case, diferentes nacionalidades doesn't sound bad.

Me gusta mi amiga muchísimo.

This is correct. Muchísimo has a higher intensity, so you're saying that you like your friend very much.

Muchísimo is correct. You don't change it to a feminine form because it's an adverb.

In your second sentence your verb "encontrarme" (to meet up with) needs "con" following.

Me gusta encontrarme con nuevaS personas---etc.

If you just mean "meet" use "conocer." "Me gusta conocer a nuevas personas...etc." (Note the personal "a" in this case.)

The last part, "pero el español es dificilísimo." (You need the article and correct spelling.)

I know "Vivo en (name) con mi padre y también en (name) con mi madre" is correct. You could also say "Vivo en (name) con mi padre pero vivo en (name) con mi madre". The "pero" means "but"

For your first two sentences, I'd wait for a better Spanish person to answer them. I'm not sure if muchísimo would be muchísima because amiga ends in a, but I'd have to do a little research. Usually adjectives go before nouns, so I might say "nacionalidades diferentes"

And español has no "i"
