Do you mean fledge in the sense of acquire the feathers necessary for flight, or to leave the nest.

For the first this definition is available on line:

http://www.wordreference.com/es/translation.asp?tranword=fledge

fledge vi (bird: acquire feathers) echar plumas vi emplumarse v prnl

The nestlings fledge after about six weeks. Los polluelos echan las plumas luego de unas seis semanas.

For leave the nest I would probably just use salir del nido, dejar el nido might be possible as well.

This is just my opinion as a fellow learner, await other input please.
