There are many native English speakers here, most of us can offer great suggestions to the English sentences. I will do my best to go through them all, too. For the Spanish sentences, edit your posts according to the native Spanish speaker's suggestions. When written with a capital letter, this is the Spanish word for the Pacific Ocean.

A veces, el Oceano Pacífico no es muy pacífico.
Sometimes, the Pacific Ocean is not very calm.
Normalmente soy una persona muy contenta y pacífica. Pero hay cosas como la injusticia, la incompetencia, la defensa del la incompetencia, y la arrogancia que me enojan mucho. No creo que le guste verme enojada. De ninguna manera.
Normally I am a very happy and peaceful person. But there are things like injustice, incompetence, the defense of incompetence and arrogance the make me really angry. I don't think that you would like to see me angry.
