All of these phrases are using future tense:

• Volveré
• Él volverá or volverán
• ¿Van a volver? Or ¿Van a regresar?
• ¿Él va a regresar? Or ¿Él regresará?
• ¿Cuándo regresará? Or ¿Cuándo van a volver?
