12 lead ecg, Medical Spanish

Hello, I am new to the forum and am so excited to be here so that I can learn to better use Spanish to help people while on the ambulance. Hopefully there are some practitioners in here who can help with some medical jargon. So we have the heart monitor that we use to rule out heart attack. When we place stickers and wires on we say we are performing a 12 lead ECG. I would like to know how to say...

We are going to view (take a picture) of your heart to see if it is a heart attack...

We need to expose your chest because we need to place several stickers there...

(if the chest is hairy we have to shave it some of the hair off) We need to shave your hair off. (the saving) It will be uncomfortable.

Please hold still and be quiet for a moment while the monitor assesses your heart.

Thanks for any help!

This is my go, I'm a native latin american spanish speaker:

We are going to view (take a picture) of your heart to see if it is a heart attack... We need to expose your chest because we need to place several stickers there... (if the chest is hairy we have to shave it some of the hair off) We need to shave your hair off. (the saving) It will be uncomfortable. Please hold still and be quiet for a moment while the monitor assesses your heart.

I am also an intermediate level learner, these are my attempts, I was somewhat free with your English, so I put down what I think I said in the Spanish in English as well. Please wait to see what corrections I might get, as I may have made some error, and most likely did not use the most natural expressions, even though I think it would communicate the concept.

We are going to view (take a picture) of your heart to see if it is a heart attack...

We are going to record a tracing of your heart in order to figure out if you are suffering an infarction.

We need to expose your chest because we need to place several stickers there...

We need to bare your chest in order to place some electrodes/some pads.

(if the chest is hairy we have to shave it some of the hair off) We need to shave your hair off. (the saving) It will be uncomfortable.

We need to shave part of your chest, which will be uncomfortable.

Please hold still and be quiet for a moment while the monitor assesses your heart

.

Please remain still for a moment while the monitor evaluates your heart.
