Sausage Ingredients carne de suiza

Hola,
In many sausage products in my local supermercado, I see "carne de suiza" listed as an ingredient. Swiss meat? (Carne de vaca, carne de cerdo, those are clearly beef and pork.)
Any ideas? Gracias!

There is something called Swiss steak. Perhaps that's it?
