There a several workbooks written by the author, Dorothy Richmond. What is the recommended sequence to utilize them?

I would go with "Basic" Spanish" because that one has a little of everything in it. Then as Spanish verbs are quite complicated, I would go with the one on verb tenses. Thirdly I would go for vocabulary. Then I would choose the one on pronouns and prepositions.

I have never personally used them, but I have spoken to people who have. I definitely agree that Basic Spanish is a good first- year or beginning level book. BUT, that is my opinion. Each person is at a different level. If you feel comfortable enough, you can progress. It all depends on your level.
