Normally that would be looking for what the adults in your family do for a living, although if there are other things to which they dedicate themselves in a significant way you could possibly choose to add that.

A qué = to what

se dedican= do they dedícate themselves

los adultos= the adults

en tu familia= in your family

First think up some jobs, or maybe un-employment, retirement, or whatever, then look up these terms in Spanish, then try to forma sentce. If you still can't get on, we'll try to help you but we can't just do your home-work for you, I'm afraid.

But if you try, somebody will check it for you, we are friendly really but we're not a free source of good marks.

To the readers and author of this post:

All names of languages and nationalities in the English language begin with a capital letter regardless of the device you are using with which to write a message.

It is always as follows:

English, Spanish, French, German, Swahili, Urdu, etc...

Colombian, Mexican, American, Canadian, etc...

They all - and all words like them - begin with a capital letter. That's English, no one officially changed the rule.

It's the same rule when you are talking about jobs? Nurse, Attorney, Engineer? - EleRo, May 18, 2016
No, EleRo, it is not. - jtaniel, May 20, 2016

"Do they dedícate" means what bosquedelroble said, could be a job. Something like engineer, nurse, maid, attorney, or something that doesn't requiere study.
