"Since I'm Mexican, maybe I could help you with any Of of your doubts. A phrase to say something you would like to say, cotidian (no tenemos una palabra como esta en inglés) daily words, how to ask for something, anything that you want to ask like. I wish hope I can help someone"

The corrections I made now make your post look like natural fluent English. Your words are able to be understood (podemos entender todo) but do not sound like what a native speaker would say.

Espero que cuando recibas/leas este mensaje te encuentres bien de salud y espíritu (you can say "espero te encuentres bien" it envolves everything, health, financial, job and more. Por favor, hazme saber acerca de tu viaje a Nepal y Tíbet, (sounds better "Nepal y el Tíbet", or, "tu viaje a Tíbet y Nepal", ya que ha pasado mucho (it implies That's been a lot Of time, so mention "ha pasado mucho tiempo") desde que escuche de ti. Te deseo lo mejor! Un saludo cordial, or, saludos cordiales ("un saludo means that you send one saludo, "saludos" means many". "cordiales" mean "kind, educated?, not sure how to translate it. You can say ,"saludos", if you want,
