Is there any difference ("se lo decir" y "decírselo")?

— No se lo voy a decir. — No voy a decírselo.
Is there any difference at all, even by nuance?

hey there! I'm from colombia and my spanish is very good. it's the same, two froms are very well, they are correct. it is just one is more used. "No voy a decírselo" good luck!
