"tu" without the accent is the familiar way of saying "your" (familiar)

"su" has several meanings. It can mean "his/her" or even "your" (formal) It can even mean "their" This is confusing to new learners.

These are called possessive adjectives, and the subject is a little more complicated than what it is in English.
