Is it possible to scan a letter I received from Spain and have the whole letter translated?

Welcome to the forum. As Annie says we are all people who like learning languages and helping others. A few people speak fluent Spanish most of the rest of us have different strengths and weaknesses.
Is your letter from a friend or is it more formal? There is a translator on site which should be good enough to give you an idea of the meaning.
It may not work well on idioms and if it is a formal letter from a Bank, Doctor or lawyer may need to be translated with more care.
Do you speak or read any Spanish?
It would be better if you could work some of it yourself then ask where you are stuck.

Is the family member a native speaker? Watch out for idioms - I use Word reference the Collins dictionary is good for idioms. - Mardle, Apr 27, 2016
