Welcome to the forum.

Can you add your level of Spanish and English to your profile? I assume if you are learning present progressive you are a beginner at Spanish.

How are you going to remember the present progressive if you don't revise it?. As a young child you learn a language by listening to your family and then keep saying things and being corrected.

Is the problem you do not know what the present progressive is? I know sometimes the tense names are changed.

The one you need is the present tense of estar + present participle of the verb you are using.

For your second one the present participle of poder is - pudiendo

When I was taught it many years ago I called it a gerund, but it can also be called the present participle.

Very soon you will learn tenses that use the past participle.

Here is the article on this site:

Spanish Dict

If you do not understand the use of the tense use a search engine there are lots of good articles. I have sometimes found reading an article quietly away from class helps me make sense of what I was taught.

As to your exercise you do not need help doing it - eg answer is easy to find and if you find it you are more likely to remember it.

I use Word reference but this site has the information too.

Buena suerte
