There are many native English speakers here, most of us can offer great suggestions to the English sentences. I will do my best to go through them all, too. For the Spanish sentences, edit your posts according to the native Spanish speaker's suggestions. Trasladé varios arbustos en mi jardín hace unas pocas semanas, porque abril normalmente es fresco y lluvioso aquí- pero han sucedido varios récords de temperatura máxima- y uno de los arbustos ya está marchito y temo por los otros- voy a tener que modificar mis decisiones acerca del jardín para coincidir con la nueva realidad.
A few weeks ago, I moved several shrubs in my garden, because April normally is cool and rainy here- but a number of high temperature records have occurred- and one of the shrubs is already withered and I fear for the others- I am going to have to adjust my gardening decisions to reflect the new reality.
