Welcome to the forum. Can you add your level of Spanish and English to your profile? It helps in answering a question or assessing an answer..

Your sentence makes more sense as 'to walk on water seems simple. However, it wou.ld help if you can add some context

Or "Walking on water seems simple." - Daniela2041, Apr 12, 2016
I agree the gerund also works. I'd like to know context as I don't believe it ever seems simple - Mardle, Apr 12, 2016
I think the gerund is/works better here: "Walking on water is simple" sounds better in English than: to walk on water is simple :) - FELIZ77, Apr 14, 2016

Yes, Jesus did. I don't see why you couldn't do the same thing. :D

You kill me mate , you are a reprobate with immeasurable talent for humour. - ray76, Apr 14, 2016
Yes, Jesus walked on water by faith using the power of the Holy Spirit but his motive was not to impress people with his power or greatness! We have to be careful of our motives God will not give us his Holy Spirit if we want to use it for wrong reasons - FELIZ77, Apr 14, 2016
Acts Chapter 8 vs 9 = 22 and James Ch 4 vs 3 / Hechos capitulo 8 v 9 =22 y Santiago cap 4 v 3 - FELIZ77, Apr 14, 2016

Hola tereorticam,

Bienvenido al foro SpanishDict smile

Has preguntado:

¿Está bien escrito?

Sería mejor decir en Inglés: Walking on water seems simple

Se usa el gerundio en inglés que siempre termina con las letras: ing Por ejemplo, swimming, writing, speaking

Espero que lo sirva bien smile
