Phrase about money

I am trying to figure out what this sentence means: "No en plan facilón, “el dinero es una mierda” ." It's part of a blog post about the Community Exchange System, in which people trade goods and services rather than using currencies. The best I've come up with is: "It's not easy as all that/Easier said than done: “Money isn't everything” / "Money's crap/totally useless"." I thought it might be an idiom, but I haven't found this phrase anywhere.

Esta iniciativa, y sus hermanas de todo el mundo, tienen una fuerte carga ideológica. No en plan facilón, “el dinero es una mierda.”

They're talking about some initiative's ideology, and how that ideology is not just the typical "money sucks" one, but something more complex and well thought out.

"No en plan facilón 'el dinero es una mierda' " would mean here "Not in the easy 'money sucks' way of thinking".
