Can you complete your profile, and add more context to the question? Thankyou. - 00cc0117, Apr 5, 2016
I am a native speaker of US English who has no idea what "career credit" means. Academic credit for doing one's job? - jtaniel, Apr 5, 2016
I am in the same boat, but suspect since I don't know what it is in my native language, it is unlikely that I do in Spanish. :) - bosquederoble, Apr 5, 2016
Welcome to SpanishDict. - rac1, Apr 6, 2016

Career Credit is where you can earn college credits by performing certain kinds of work- as an intern, of course, not paid. There is another type of career credit whereby they will give you units for work already performed.

The exact term I am not sure of, because I don't know if the concept even exists in the Spanish speaking world. "Crédito (or unidades) por trabajo" would be a translation. "Credits (or units) for work."

Google translate gives "créditos de carrera." but I doubt that the Google translator understands the concept. The SpanishDict translator gives similar translations.

(I like mine better)

I will ask someone at my college who works in that department and who would have to know the exact Spanish term. - Daniela2041, Apr 5, 2016

It's simply "créditos", and are based on the ECTS system.
