Back-to-back?

Back-to-back?

Is there a way to say "back-to-back" in the more figurative sense in Spanish? For example, the team won two games back-to-back or the verb "leer" has two vowels back-to-back. I believe I have heard espalda con espalda when speaking literally (telling someone to sit with their backs touching), but was not sure if the same phrase would be used figuratively. If not, is there a similar phrase with the same meaning?

Word reference gives this:

back-to-back adj figurative (consecutive) (seguido) consecutivo/a adj

Ganaron varios campeonatos consecutivos.

Another option that comes to mind.

uno tras (el) otro
