I'm pleased to meet you means, "estoy complacido de conocerte/conocerle"
But in spanish it's more natural to say, "es un placer conocerte/conocerle" although sounds a little formal, "Gusto en conocerte/conocerle", "encantada de conocerte" is very used too, or simply "mucho gusto"
