You have to listen to native speakers a lot to aguire good speaking skills, but if that is not practical listening to a good program such as Fluencia or other resources on the net helps. Listen and repeat what you hear out loud over and over until you sound like what you hear. It is very important to repeat (out loud) what you are hearing.

David is right. You need practice. The best is to listen to Spanish being spoken. Try TV or movies and don't worry about understanding just listen for the sound and the natural flow of the words.

Hearing individual words helps but hearing sentences is better as the flow of the words is often more important (and harder to acquire) than correct pronunciation.

I offer myself as proof of this. Sometimes I ask a native speaker something and the recipient does not understand me. A native will assist using the exact same words and be understood perfectly. And my pronunciation is prettty darn good, but my flow leaves a lot to be desired.
