Welcome to the forum. Can you add your level of English and Spanish to your profile - it is helpful.

My choice would be contestar - it is a regular AR verb

You could also use responder - easier to remember but slightly more formal than contestar.

If you do not know your verb endings check on this site or use Word reference.

It may be you need a past tense so better you look it up.

Buena suerte

Respuesta, which is a feminine noun.

I took the question to be looking for a verb not the noun though you can dar una respuesta. Still a dictionary will help! - Mardle, Mar 27, 2016
They asked for the word for reply, but then they said to conjugate it for ellos. I can only guess on some of these posts? Your skill is far superior to mine with grammar, but I tend to look at things from a street experience. - 00cc0117, Mar 28, 2016
My answer is only a possible compliment to yours. - 00cc0117, Mar 28, 2016
Also Mardle I thought my post was the only one when I wrote it but we were just a short time apart with them. - 00cc0117, Mar 28, 2016
I want to express my sincere respect for the knowledge that you have shown on this forum, su amigo. - 00cc0117, Mar 28, 2016
Hey I'm not criticising your answer. I assumed they wanted a verb but respuesta is a useful word. The question isn't clear. - Mardle, Mar 28, 2016
Sometimes this website malfunctions when we try to post, most likely because of ad's running in the background? - 00cc0117, Mar 28, 2016
