Welcome to the forum. Can you add to your profile your level of English and Spanish?

It helps to know how good your Spanish is and your level of English. I assume your Spanish is worse than your English....

I could suggest you look your four words up in a dictionary.

Conjugate is something you do to verbs, but your four words are adjectives though menor, in one meaning is a noun.

They are words used when comparing one thing to another For example you can talk about your 'hermano menor' who would be your younger brother and your ' hermano mayor' who would be your older brother. Think of mayor as similar to the English word major and menor to the English word minor but check a dictionary - word reference is good for all the meanings.

Mejor/peor is best and worst./better/worse

I haven't a clue what you have been asked to do with them, but you can of course ask another question.
