Welcome to the forum.

Can you add your level of English and Spanish to your profile?

I assume your English is fluent or advanced but do not know your level of Spanish and whether you would prefer an answer in Spanish.

To put your sentence in the plural you add an s to la and both the nouns. You have used 3rd person singular of ser which you change to 3rd person plural ( son) As for exaggerating it - are you following a set of instructions or doing an exercise?

You can either put something like they are the best or worst or you can find an adjective to describe 'deportista'

NB the adjective in Spanish has to agree eg masculine/feminine. singular/plural.

Edit your post with your go and we will correct it.

If you are a very new learner it is a way of practising how to use singular and plural and agreement of adjectives.
