first person singular indicative to first person plural subjunctive

first person singular indicative to first person plural subjunctive

If I wanted to say "I don't want us to fight", would that be translated as "no quiero que nos peleemos" or do I stay in the indicative because "yo" and "nosotros" are both the same person (tense-wise) "no quiero pelearnos"?

Gracias.

Or just simply "No nos peleemos, no me gusta." - Jubilado, Mar 6, 2016

No quiero que nos peleemos. There is a change of subject, (Yo to Nosotros) and the verb querer is the subjunctive trigger. The phrase "yo" and "nosotros" are both the same person (tense-wise) "no quiero pelearnos"? makes absolutely no sense at all.
