Both Usar and Utilizar work. We also use Sacar as in "Voy a sacar dinero del cajero." or using your sentence...."Puedes sacar dinero del cajero".

You might also hear....¿Sacaste dinero? The "del cajero" is implied unless you are a bank robber.
