Hi Christine Welcome to the forum.
Can you put on your profile your level of English and Spanish? I assume you are fluent in English, but do not know how much Spanish you know. It is up to you what else if anything you add, but language level is helpful when someone wants to answer a question or assess an answer. For example if I were to ask a question about Spanish I would give more weight to someone who lived in a Spanish speaking country or who was fluent. As I have been here a while I also respect the answers of many others who are learning Spanish and make a huge effort with their responses.
Are you intending to have a face to face conversation in the tourist office, or are you writing to them? Are you asking them for advice on opening hours of tourist places or the opening hours of their office?
Is this a make believe practice to improve your Spanish or are you lucky enough to go to Sevilla?
There is a translator on site which is fine for those type of phrases. If you ask in good Spanish they are likely to reply in Spanish. If you go in person you can pick up a map and leaflets. There are lots of sites with information.
An English person who now lives in Sevilla has a blog about it, though she doesn't post much these days. I cannot add links easily at the moment so search for Becoming sevillana - she is also on other social media.
When I went I used the tourist office near the cathedral.
Buena suerte
