Can you add your level of English and Spanish to your profile? I don't know if you are asking us how we are or if you do not know what your question means.
The phrase should be ¿Cómo está usted?
There is a translator on site which is excellent for these type of phrases. If there is something about the phrase which puzzles you, please edit your question.
