Accessing Articles on Home Page / Customer Email Does not Work

When I requested that my profile be reset, I received an immediate response with a link. At the end of the message, its said:

For questions about this list, please contact: curiositymedia+engineering@spanishdict.com

I clicked on this reply link and asked the following questions:

Although logged in (via Google), I cannot access some articles on your home page. Is this because certain articles are pay-for-view? For today, I can see three of the four articles. The one that I cannot is “How Well Do You Know Spanish Emotions?” (http://www.spanishdict.com/blog/how-well-do-you-know-spanish-emotions/?utm_source=sd_desktop&utm_medium=hubpages ).

When I click on this link, I see the picture and two small paragraphs, then a large blank space and other links at the bottom that have nothing to do with “taking the quiz.” I run into this problem quite often in trying to access the daily articles.

My email to curiositymedia+engineering@spanishdict.com was returned due to:
THE EMAIL ACCOUNT that you tried to reach DOES NOT EXISIT!

Thus, does anyone know why I cannot access all of the articles, since SpanishDict customer service doe snot exist?
