I would say:

1.Dad might give you money. = Puede ser que papá te dé dinero./ Quizás papá te dé dinero.

2.He may not give me money. = Puede ser que no me dé dinero

3.He thinks that I’m too young for concerts. = Cree / piensa que soy demasiado joven para ir a conciertos
