Can anyone suggest good children's books or stories (in Spanish)? I want to buy one but I don't know what to get. I'd prefer something simple, any suggestions'

Check your local library. Some well known tales are written in both English and Spanish on opposite pages. I borrowed some of these for my ten year old Honduran guest. Also, "First 1000 Word in Spanish," while not a storybook is fun to look at.

Hi Regan! Why don't you try graded readers in Spanish? If you're looking for something simple I think the best choices are short stories or well-known tales.

Hope it helps!
