You asked
What are all the forms of ir and what subject do they stand for?
You can find all the tenses (and moods) of the verb ir simply by posting the word ir into the conjugation tool which you can find by looking at the blue, drop down menu (tab) ! ![]()
When you say what 'subject', I am assuming that you mean to what personal pronoun do they refer?
The conjugations of Spanish verbs are invariably listed in the same order.: I, you, he, she, I will give you an example using one of the two verbs which mean to be = estar:
estoy = I am
estás = you are (familiar form used with family and friends)
está = he/she is / you are (corresponding to polite form: Usted)
estamos = we are
estáis = you are (informal and plural form used only in Spain)
están = they are (ellos están) / you are (ustedes están) (plural form)
I also suggest that you take a good look at the Spanishdict grammar section to learn about when you should use the verbs: ser vs estar
