Hi Is this sentence in the correct format? Does it make sense to use it as a subjunctive sentence

Yo quiero que tú bailes conmigo

Yo quiero que tú bailes conmigo

The sentence is correct. The subject pronouns are redundant, so it you have no reason to emphasize them, you could also simply say:

Quiero que bailes conmigo.

If you wanted to avoid the subjunctive you could say:

Quiero bailar contigo.

Although that doesn't say exactly the same thing. But the end result is similar.
