Direct object replacement

Estoy usando muchos suplementos naturales.

Can I write:

Estoy usandolos muchos.

In English, I want to say: I am using many of them.

I want to replace - suplementos naturales with "them" I'm not sure where to place "muchos" Or is it not correct to use a direct object pronoun in this instance? Is it more correct to "ellos" instead of "los"?

The most common way to say this is: Estoy usando muchos de ellos.

It´s possible to say: Estoy usándolos, muchos. A definite pause is necessary between "usándolos" and "muchos", but I can´t say if this is grammatically correct or not. The argument in favor of the correctness of this usage would be that a comma divides the two clauses and so "muchos" is an understood adjective of "los".

I believe it is:

Estoy usandolos mucho.

I am still learning so wait for confirmation or a better answer.
