Can you both add your level of Spanish and English to your profiles as it helps in tailoring answers and assessing answers. For example some people are learning English and Spanish.

I agree with sivant's answer but would add 'alias' works in both languages.

You would say: tambíen conocido como

Or (if you wanted to say): better known as = más conocido como
