What is the proper way to say this sentence?

Hola amigos and amigas, I am trying to talk to my pen pal's friend (via email) but she does not speak any English I would like to tell her this: Hello my name is Michaila I am a friend of Sofía, it is nice to meet you. would it be written Hola mi nombre es Michaila soy un amiga de Sofía ,está encantada. or would it be Hola, mi nombre es Michaila soy amiga de Sofía es conocerte? Any help is highly apprecited.

One way (You are female, right, assuming tú is appropriate):

Hola, me llamo Michaila. Soy amiga de Sofía. Encantada de conocerte.

Hola, me llamo (mi nombre es) Michalia, soy amiga de Sofía, encantada de conocerte.

Also to say "Hola amigos y amigas" is not necessary. "Amigos" can mean both male and female friends.

I think, they are well written. except "es conocerte or esta encantada". We can say "con mucho gusto" or "encantada de conocerte"

edit: Sorry I forgot to correct some words that are depending on your gender. You are a female. So also you should say amiga .
