Would this phrase be ¿Qué debes cuidarte la salud? or ¿Qué debes cuidar la salud? Also does Empezar Hoy means start/begin today.

I am trying to make a flyer for school.

Question: you put "advanced" for your English level. Native English speakers usually put "fluent." Is your native language something other than English? - Daniela2041, Jan 7, 2016

What she is trying to say is (I think) How should you care for your health?

¿Cómo debes cuidarte la salud?

What should you do to protect your health?

¿Qué debes hacer para proteger tu salud?

Begin today! is:

¡Empieza hoy!

Big Edit.

The formal forms would be:

¿Cómo debe Ud. cuidarse la salud"

¿Qué debe Ud. hacer para proteger su salud. and

¡Empiece hoy!

For the first phrase would "¿Qué debes hacer para cuidarte la salud?" be much better?

Or should it be cuidar - helloqq, Jan 7, 2016
Would these sentences be translated as "What should you do to protect your health?" That's my intent translation - helloqq, Jan 7, 2016
A Spanish native or equivalent is on the way for you . - ray76, Jan 7, 2016
"intended translation" - ray76, Jan 7, 2016
I am not a native, but that that sounds much better to me than your first two attempts, as long as you want an informal tone. :) - bosquederoble, Jan 7, 2016
Empezar hoy- means to begin today. Usually with informal I would say empieza hoy for the informal command, empezar hoy is impersonal and really doesn't match debes for me- but I am not a native speaker. - bosquederoble, Jan 7, 2016
I don't know however if empiézalo hoy would be better. so I have to defer to a native speaker. :) - bosquederoble, Jan 7, 2016
If you want a formal tone, though I would change things. :) - bosquederoble, Jan 7, 2016
I just gave the formal forms. - Daniela2041, Jan 7, 2016
